BASEBALL: 2024 Cal Ripken World Series Press Release

74 Games. 25 Teams. One Week. All on the RSN!

CAL RIPKEN WORLD SERIES TO STREAM ALL GAMES ON REGION SPORTS NETWORK

The Region Sports Network (RSN) is once again happy to announce that for the second year in a row we will be providing exclusive live stream and social media coverage of the Cal Ripken 10U World Series, which will be held in Crown Point.

The week will begin with opening ceremonies next Friday, August 9, at Bulldog Park. The action then will kick off a day later with eight consecutive days of competition between 25 of the top 10U baseball teams around the world. Just like last year, all games will be played at the state-of-the-art Crown Point Cal Ripken complex at Jerry Ross Park, 341 W. North Street (just off the square).

Pool play begins the morning of Saturday, August 10, with games starting as early as 10 am. With the addition of a 25th team (only 24 teams last year), pool play will at most times feature three games going on at once throughout the round. The Region Sports Network will show it all.

Adam Whitehouse, who echoed his statements from last year about our collaboration, will once again serve as the World Series Tournament Director.

“We are once again excited to team up with the Region Sports Network to provide a tournament of this magnitude the coverage it deserves.”

Region Sports Network has been “The ONLY Game in Town” since the turn of the century, as it has and will always be our priority to provide premier livestream coverage in addition to providing quality content on our social media platforms. All of our work is for the pure enjoyment of the athletes, parents, community, and anyone who has an interest in sports.

Region Sports owner and Executive Producer Chris Ramirez said, “It’s an honor and privilege to be involved with such a great event here in our Region. All of us at Region Sports are very appreciative of the people at Crown Point Cal Ripken, as they have provided us with the utmost hospitality every time we’ve had the pleasure of working with them. We are sincerely thankful to be chosen once again to represent this great tournament and to serve as the exclusive broadcast media outlet. We look forward to providing the best coverage possible to the international audience that will be logging on and tuning in.”

All of the tournament action will stream right here on our website at regionsports.com. You can also find the live broadcasts from the tournament on our YouTube channel at RegionSports and our Facebook page at Region Sports Nation.
