FOOTBALL: Michigan City Hosting Region College Day

Michigan City High School will be hosting a Region College Day for all Region prospective college football players on Monday May 21st at Ames Field. Division II, Division III and NAIA coaches will be on hand to evaluate players in drills, including footwork, position drills, “1 on 1’s” and “7 on 7”.

The event will have two sessions: 5:30-6:30 for linemen and 7:00-8:15 for skill position players. Registration begins at 5:00.

Athletes participating are to wear their school’s team gear and cleats and the cost is $10 per athlete.

Spectators are allowed to watch the event and the concession stand will be open.
